Im a middle-aged Father, a corporate professional, and a certified nutritionist and personal ​trainer. Overcoming my own battles with weight gain, anxiety and chronic acid reflux inspired me ​to design the Athletic | Aesthetic weight loss and health optimization system, aimed at resolving ​these issues with precision.
